Sent on Thursday (except for very time sensitive issues, all messages will be compiled into one blast per week). Generated by the PTA, not school, but used by both. The blast is ideal for longer articles and time sensitive materials. It can also provide live links to websites for direct access to more information.

The subject line of the email should say “Monday Bulletin” or “Bobcat News” followed by the date to be published and a short description of the subject.
Example: Bobcat News 9/3/09 Reminder for xyz event
Urgent email blasts (that cannot wait until the Thursday distribution--which we discourage) must have the subject line “URGENT Blast.”
Submissions must be edited and ready for print. Those making submissions should copy the appropriate board member. Do NOT copy the PTA President(s).
