Come and enjoy this wonderful evening that celebrates the tradition and heritage of Borel’s diverse cultures!
Parents set-up booths of many countries – proudly displaying artifacts and unique facts of each country. During the day, the students go on a “World Tour” and are exposed to the variety of cultures within our community and foster pride in each students’s ethnicity.
It’s party time in the evening, when the country artifacts are replaced by mouth watering goodies!! You will taste Great German Chocolate Cake, homemade tamales, piroshki, Russian potato salad, Greek salads, paella, sushi, chow mein, fresh pasta, beef bourguignon and ...!!
The focus of the event is education and is made possible by the generosity of parent volunteers!
